Right-click or control-click the line and select Library/PreferencePanes/CUDA Preferences.prefPane To remove CUDA, triple-click anywhere in the first line below on this page to select it: Back up all data before making any changes. That kind of panic is typically caused by a memory fault, but you should remove "CUDA" and see whether there's an improvement.
